BBMP & Night shift workers

Since I am in notice period; I am leaving early from the office. As usual I was taking right turn near my room. Suddenly I stopped my bike, while going in the morning it was fine. Now they have dug the road.

And there is now alert on both starting and ending of the road. And I really don’t understand why they are doing this since the road was cement road and I don’t find anything gone wrong. It was fine.

I took U turn and reached room using other way around.
I found by the neighbor’s discussion that they are TARING the road. But was no sign of on going work around 5pm; I thought they have finished for the day.

But I was really not happy with the way there were working.
1. There was no alert sign on both the side of the road. No instractions.
2. And they have dug the road and left like that; even walking on that is not possible.
Riding the bike was impossible.
since it is very small road if some one drives by car they have to struggle to go back for at list of 15-20min in revrse.


I was all cursing the BBMP for the way they are working. Like someone who has not done this before or they are doing it in some remote place where yearly one time busses will come. They do the things every day and they have not learnt how to do efficiently.
All over; I had the dinner and gone for sleep.

Suddenly I got shock and woke up. I was not able to find out what’s going on. I kept guessing.
No I couldn’t find out what it is. I just stud and slowly moved towards the window. And

I was surprised.

Oh My God!! What’s going on; BBMP workers are working on night shift. ..??

I can’t believe..!!!

That to what they are doing the night 12PM.

Any guess..??

You will not believe..

Someone dug the road and left the field at 5pm; and now at 12am they brought the tractor and they are putting all the cement blocks to that. Oh, damn!! Can you imagine?

They were 3 workers (drunk) they will collect the cement blocks in rubber container and they will through to the tractor. At 12am night. .can you just imagine how much sound it makes.
When I woke up, I was not able to understand what’s happening that much sound allover. Is it earth quack, or some accident; no it was happening continuously.. was anyone watching the movie ..? STONE CRUSHERS.

Just imagine; one coconut falls from the top to the iron sheet on the roof at night.
Just think of the sound it makes and its impact.

The same way there were doing. They were not bothering about anything.

some one from neighbor came out and started fighting..with them..
And more frustrating is that; they were not ready to stop the work..!
They were giving no of contractor to talk with them..

I was like take the gun and shot them all at once.

And after half an hour of fighting finally they have stopped for the day.

Even after 3 days there is no progress on the activity; daily they will dig 15to 20mtrs that’s it.
If they work properly they can finish entire activity within one day.

GOD Please, help them to understand how to work. Or show them GOOGLE.

Every day in Karnataka the politics is going worse than it is. I think they have redefined the politics. They have replaced all the national hero’s photos/values with Musharraf, bin laden, virrappan, etc..

They are really don’t know what they are doing and no one is dare to correct them. Everyone thinks that throwing the stone at them is waste. No one wants to change. And it is going on; will go on. There is no control over it.

Every day one or other party starts the blame game and it continues for that week. And it is supported by great Indian media. They broadcast it as TV serial.

I can’t move to any of news channels; there will be either rubbish discussion on what other party has said on other day, or how do you destroy the other party in next election.

Shameless media!!!

Image of the state and pride of the people has gone with this dirty politics. It will take decade to restore pride and prosperity of the state.

Even ‘enough is enough’ people also had enough!!

Oh my god. I can’t bear it.
If I get the opportunity; I will kill them all in one day.

A dark state like Bihar has doing good in all the sectors but the silicon city is dooming day by day.
Gujarat; no one is able to compute with them or nearby. They are moving in rocket speed. With pride and vision.

China is making desert into forest;

Entire world is worried about the climate change..

where we are ..!@#; whats our vision;

In couple of years we will be out of the tournament; if we play like this. We may not get the opportunity to come back again. Bcoz the world is moving in new direction.

Instead of taking vision or mission for Karnataka, our politicians are like street dogs..
If someone goes on that street they will bark and they know only that.

I will destroy you, you are like that.
You have not done anything in last 5 yrs.

Oh my..!! What shame to be kannadiga..

Is this the attitude a politician should have?
Or
Is this the attitude a citizen should have?

Not acceptable; completely not acceptable…!

I really don’t know how to change this;
I expect some comment for readers.
But don’t write it is not possible!

Media and Their Responsibility

I am big fan of Narendra Modi. I always follow his website, blog and latest videos. Since Vibrant Gujarat has started; I was searching for some videos and speeches from Modi on YouTube.

While searching I found the good subject on which Modi has given the speech.

Subject was: 'REGIONAL PRIDE' OVER 'NATIONAL IDENTITY' ( 2007 video)
The topic was very interesting I was very happy to hear from Modi. Since I know that he has done lot of things in that subject. And i also believe that other than him no one can give good speech on this topic. And it was conducted by Hindustan Times.

1. He told that title itself is wrong; we should not think in the way the title and topic has been made. In the sense. Growth of the country is truly depending on the growth of states. Vice- versa.. there should not be any conflicts.

We should not find the point in that; instead, we need to think about the how a state can give the hand to make the country proud.

And he took the opportunity to explain how the central and state government should work to make India as global super power. We have to identify the power/strength of each state and expose to the world.

2. Gandhi and Indian freedom struggle
In Indian freedom struggle there are several thousands of hero’s given their life. But the greatness of the Gandhi is; he made every India to feel that he is the part of freedom struggle and given opportunity and pride to everyone.

After we got the freedom we forgot the formula of Gandhi. We have not made the development as movement. If we would have made; India never would have been like this..

So in Gujarat to make the to make development 1st thing I have done is to make the people proud of what they are doing for Gujarat.
i.e

Gujarat development is to develop the country; to make that pride I have to tell the stories of Gandhi and sardar. And motivate them to work for country.

Without this pride development is not possible.

And so on…

3. Story of Water management.

4. Girl child Education and janadolan.(dropout came down to 3%)

5. 24 hours Electricity all over Gujarat. This helped rural development. And rural growth.


6. Pride; emotional attachment, Motivation is the key to make the Indian development for the future.

Oh! it is really great. . .

Since they have given only 15min to him he has finished his speech not much dragging it Gujarat or on the topic.

Then comes the Q&A round.

Entire hall is filled with all high profile people. I don’t find any one like the politician or like that level of attitude. All are well dressed and I think it was on some good hotel. I was expecting the really good question which can shape the India and state growth opportunity.
But my expectation was entirely wrong.
1. Anchor started; ask question like this.

Whatever development you have done is to overcome the 2002 riots or if it would have not happened also you would have done the same thing.

Is it because you have been selected for 2nd that makes you that whatever happened is not wrong.

OMG…I was like..

What is the subject given and what he is asking..
If he has to ask these type of questions; why they have given the topic like this.

I was like go end kill that anchor. Who simple taking the opportunity to use it for TRP;

2. Than the horrible thing which I never expected. wanted from such peoples
Audience asked question as if they have been paid for that.

All most 10 questions has been asked in that time and all is related to riots or what is view on muslims in Gujrata. Or what you have done for them.
When the India come with the world cup why you took 5 days to greet the infran pathan ..?

Oh! My GOD…

If I was the CM; I would have given FIRE order like it was given on Jaliyan walla bhag.

Questions what they are asking is not at all related the topic they have put-on. I really felt bad on the media and their behavior. It is really horrible to think a media like this type of stupid mind set. And don’t have vision and not work for values.

When I will be the CM. My Media policy will be.
1. Everyone has to ask relevant question
If the questions are not related the subject or it makes the negative impact on the society, than that person will be fined. 10000rs.

If a person makes the same mistake 3 times in a year, his graduation result will be canceled and he has to take the exam again. And the company which he served has to pay 1lcas fine to the GOV.

2. Media has no rights to make the negative impact on the society.
A penal will be created to monitor the activities of the media and if found guilty will be fined form 50000rs to 1crore.


All these is only because, media is on top level in the pyramid. If they distribute the negative impact on the society; the bottom level will have to face the lot of problems. People will suffer and growth will decrease.

I don’t like this!!, Kantha..!!

As always we were on the cafeteria for the tea; around 3PM. Today was special, bcoz we had the sale on our cafeteria by “Rebook and Allen solly “ . we had mail from admin on this offers, everyone was existed as it was buy one get one. Last time when they came to our office I was not there in the office so I was very curious.

We prepared our tea and we were sitting on the table near to area where those people were setting up the shop. They were uncovering some of the goods and arranging it on the table. With me two of my collogues were there and I was having the tea, but one of my collogue was in hurry to see what and all they have brought today. And he was just looking at all the goods without having the tea. I told him that let them arrange all the goods we will come at 4pm. That’s what we were told that shop will open. and we will buy every thing

But he was not happy with my saying and he said that after words it will be very crowded and you will not get anything last time it happened like that only, he started!!. I told ok; you have the tea, let them arrange; we will take the look and we will go. By that time however was there on the cafeteria all started gathering there and started to discuss, they have only removed max 10 goods, people are started asking rates and give me that; give me this…

And my friend told come lets Go. ...

I was thinking we got the mail that shop will open at 4pm. And it is still 3.20, and they are still arranging the goods; i was not ready to go there. Same thing I told to my friend. He told you sit here we will go.

He took the one shoe, saw down and up said, it looks like old stock; I think it didn’t sell on their shop they brought it here. Started asking rates for sandals and other goods. I was 100% sure that he will not buy.

I was frustrated completely.

1. While shop is not formally open, and they were arranging the things,
We should not interfere. Give them a time.

2. If don’t like, say don’t like; don’t give bad words.
What will happen there feelings; even they were not arranged all the goods; they were listing all the nonsenses.

Even though we don’t buy we want see all the things 1st.
Even though we don’t buy we will give bad words.


I really didn’t understand why we are like this..!!
Why we don’t have common sense.!!!!

A Women and Her Shop

We had EAT-OUT on our office cafeteria. Basically it will serve the Juice, Magi, Sandwich etc.. it was so comfortable with all the employees that, if they came without the breakfast or they were hungry they can go to cafeteria and have some thing. Since there Wireless also works, people used to enjoy. As per my knowledge income was good for EAT-OUT owner also.

One day suddenly shop was closed no one was there on the shop to serve. i thought, may be that guy is on leave; my open in couple of days. since we have not got any update from admin team, i believed that it has not been closed.
days, weeks and month is over, but no sign of any one and finally one day they have removed the complete shop. i was surprised why admin has not given any notice to the users. I was blaming whenever i get the opportunity. bcoz i used spend almost 200-300rs per month. I was happy to spend there instead of going outside and waste 30-40min.

After some days a we were having the tea on cafeteria, a women was enquiring about how to setup the shop, where is the power point, where to keep fruits...etc..she did not look like a she can setup the kind of shop which was there earlier or batter than that. She had innocent face, she was speaking very politely, married, if someone shouts, she will defiantly cry there only; such women wanted to setup the shop in our cafeteria. I was there to have the tea, once i finished i left the area.and was expecting some kind of mail form admin team, to introduce the new EAT-OUT.

i didn't get.

As always, we went to cafeteria for having tea; and EAT-OUT was open!. was like Ooo My GOD.They have reduced the space given to last time than now, it is too small to stand there and do some work for her. all the fruits and other stuffs has been kept neatly & properly on the old rack itself, and amazingly she was standing in the shop(if she sits she will not be visible) all around the clock. she didn't even asked for chair.

I have observing shop for almost week; i don't find any good business she would have made. and i was think if she continues like this she will close the shop soon.

i just started, what i would have made if i wanted to setup EAT-OUT in any office.

1. Before the week of setting up, i would have made admin team to send the information about my shop.
2. Would have distributed the broachers and posted the posters in cafeteria
3. Would have made new design, so that users will come to see the shop
4. Would inaugurated the shop such way that at least 100 users would have been there and on that occasion i would distributed the sweets and other junkies.
5. Would have made some start up offers to the users.
And so on..

Everybody makes the business but very few will succeed.
that's why i always believe,


Winners does not do different things, they do things differently.
